You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a justification.

How to make a return

1. Email us at birkrocs@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Send back the mules unworn outdoors, in their original packaging, with the set of pins.

Refund

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your return, using the same payment method as your order. In the case of a return for a pair purchased with the Duo offer, the amount refunded will correspond to the actual price paid for that pair.

Defective or non-conforming product

Contact us with a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, under the terms of the legal warranty of conformity.
