How do the free pins work?
On your pair's product page, choose your size and then your set of pins. It is added to your box for free, at no extra cost.

How do you attach the pins?
They simply clip into the holes on the clog. You can remove and move them as much as you like.

Can I buy extra pins?
Yes! All our sets are available in the Pins collection.

How does the Duo offer work?
Add 2 pairs to your cart: 20% off is automatically applied to the 2nd pair (the cheapest one). No code required.

Sizes & models

What sizes do you offer?
From 36 to 41. Check our size guide to choose the right one.

What is the difference between suede and wool?
Suede (€38.99) has a warm lining, a gold buckle, and a flexible sole. Teddy-effect boiled wool (€25.99) is ultra-soft, on a comfortable cork sole.

Can they be worn outside?
Yes, in dry weather. Avoid the rain, especially for the boiled wool and cork.

Delivery & returns

What is the delivery time?
4 to 8 days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is shipped.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt. All details are on our Delivery & returns page.
