Delivery

Delivery time: 4 to 8 days after your order is confirmed.

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow it step by step until it reaches your mailbox.

• Each order is carefully packaged, ready to be given as a gift.

A delay or a missing package? Write to us at birkrocs@gmail.com with your order number, and we will take care of it.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

1. Send us an email at birkrocs@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will confirm the return address.
3. Send back the clogs unworn outdoors, in their original packaging, with the pins.

Return shipping costs are [at your expense / free – to be completed]. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return, using the same payment method.
