General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the site by a consumer. Any order implies their unreserved acceptance.

3. Products

The products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photos are non-contractual; slight variations in color may exist depending on the screen. A set of pins is offered with each pair of mules, while stocks last.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges, which are indicated before order validation. The Duo offer (-20% on the 2nd pair for 2 pairs purchased) applies automatically to the cart, on the cheaper pair, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

5. Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal, via secure providers. The order is confirmed by email after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered within an indicative timeframe of 4 to 8 days to the address indicated by the customer. A tracking number is sent by email. In case of delay, the customer may cancel the sale under the conditions of Article L.216-6 of the Consumer Code.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason. They must inform the seller by email at birkrocs@gmail.com. The products must be returned unworn outdoors, in their original packaging, with the pins. Return costs are [at the customer's expense / covered by Birkrocs]. The refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return.

8. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [name, address and website of the mediator – mandatory]. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
